Because they taste better that way.
We know you care about these things too. You value the effort, the skill, the passion that goes in because of the reward that comes out – as a perfect pancake or superior scone.

Some people call our baking artisanal. We prefer to call our baking amazing. It’s as close to homemade as you can get – and that’s what we want our family to make for yours.
Of course, these days you can use machinery and technology to make something look perfect. But it isn’t truly perfect. For that you need people who are passionate about what they do.
