A more modern take on the classic farl, our round sodas are chaffed – or kneaded – by hand, using only locally sourced buttermilk and locally milled flour. They are deliciously soft, fluffy and light. Lovely toasted under a warm grill for a couple of minutes.
HOW TO ENJOY
For an especially luxurious breakfast, serve warmed with scrambled egg topped with smoked salmon.
